1. Ownership and Agreement This website and its associated services are owned and operated by Muzicara LLC, doing business as TDLA Instruments. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Muzicara LLC. By visiting our site, purchasing our professional instruments, or commissioning custom apparel (including Trajes TDLA), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. ​

2. Custom Orders and Payment Structure We pride ourselves on delivering premium, custom-manufactured gear for professional musicians. For custom instrument orders and custom-tailored suits, our standard payment structure requires a 50% deposit due upon invoice to initiate manufacturing, with the remaining 50% balance due upon delivery. Custom commissions are strictly non-refundable once the manufacturing process has commenced. ​

3. Intellectual Property All website content, instrument designs, custom apparel patterns, brand logos (including TDLA Instruments, TubaTelas, and the SSJ Series), and artistic representations associated with the “El Tubero de los Artistas” brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Muzicara LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. ​

4. Limitation of Liability Muzicara LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or performance of our musical instruments, accessories, or apparel. ​

5. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
