1. Custom Instruments and Apparel At Muzicara LLC (dba TDLA Instruments), our high-end products are tailored to the exact specifications of the performing musician. Because of this personalized manufacturing process, all sales on custom-built instruments and custom-tailored suits (Trajes TDLA) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun. ​

2. Strict Hygiene Standards for Accessories To protect the health and safety of our customers and to prevent biological contamination, all mouthpieces (including the SSJ series and UFO-TDLA) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances once they have been shipped. ​

3. Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items) For standard, non-customized accessories (excluding mouthpieces), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in completely unplayed, brand-new condition, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ​

4. 3-Year Limited Warranty We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. TDLA Instruments provides a 3-year limited warranty on our professional brass instruments. This warranty covers structural manufacturing defects. It does not cover standard wear and tear, cosmetic damage to finishes, or damage resulting from drops, impact, or improper maintenance.
